TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of all pythons by Vibrant Viridis, LLC ("Vibrant Viridis"). By purchasing a python from Vibrant Viridis, you (the "Customer") acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
PAYMENT AND PAYMENT PLANS
Vibrant Viridis will not ship pythons before they are paid for in full. Vibrant Viridis may allow payment plans on a case-by-case basis, in its sole discretion.
GENERAL HEALTH
Unless otherwise noted, Vibrant Viridis has no knowledge of pythons it offers for sale having history of internal or external parasites, respiratory infection, prolapse, kinks or skinfolds . Customer is responsible for quarantining all new specimens for a sufficient period of time. Vibrant Viridis will not be responsible for the alleged or actual death or illness of any other animals in your collection. Customer represents and agrees that he or she has the knowledge, ability and experience necessary to properly care for these animals. Vibrant Viridis will make reasonable efforts to provide after-sale support and advice, but cannot guarantee that Customer's new python will thrive due to differences in husbandry practices and environmental conditions. Pythons sometimes go off-feed as a result of shipping stress or being placed in a new environment. This is particularly true for sexually mature males.
NIDOVIRUSES (SERPENTOVIRUSES)
Vibrant Viridis encourages testing for nidoviruses (aka serpentoviruses) for any any new python, regardless of source or species. In order to receive a refund for a nidovirus-positive python Customer must: (1) test the python within seven (7) calendar days of receipt; and (2) notify Vibrant Viridis and provide a copy of any positive test results within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. Provided that the foregoing requirements are satisfied, Vibrant Viridis will provide a shipping label for the python to be returned to Vibrant Viridis and provide a full refund upon its receipt. Vibrant Viridis will have no responsibility for any positive test results for any test samples taken after seven (7) days following delivery nor for any test results it receives from Customer after fourteen (14) days following delivery. The warranty provided in this paragraph is Vibrant Viridis’ sole warranty with respect to nidoviruses (serpentoviruses) and Vibrant Viridis does not make, and hereby expressly disclaims, any other warranties of any kind whatsoever.
SHIPPING
Shipping within the United States is included in the price of all pythons, unless stated otherwise. Vibrant Viridis ships via FedEx and requires packages to be held for pickup at the nearest FedEx staffed facility. Vibrant Viridis will postpone shipping if weather conditions will jeopardize the health of the python(s).
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
Vibrant Viridis guarantees live arrival, provided that Customer complies with all of the following requirements:
1. Customer picks up the package within one (1) hour of FedEx making it available for pick up;
2. Customer notifies Vibrant Viridis of any problems within two (2) hours of receiving the package; and
3. Customer provides Vibrant Viridis with a clear picture of the deceased python(s).
Should a python arrive deceased, and Customer satisfies the above requirements, Vibrant Viridis will provide Customer with a full refund. If Customer requests Vibrant Viridis to ship directly to his or her door, or if hold for pickup is not an option, live arrival is not guaranteed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Exportation to Canada and Europe is possible, provided that Customer pays for all shipping and documentation fees.
SEXING POLICY
Vibrant Viridis guarantees that pythons it specifies as being male or female will be accurately sexed. In the event a python is incorrectly sexed, Customer must provide written notification to Vibrant Viridis within fourteen (14) days of receiving the python. After the expiration of this 14-day period, Vibrant Viridis will no longer be responsible for incorrectly-sexed pythons.
